RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Welcome to BitcoreIT Computer Trading LLC Dubai’s Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy, effective for purchases made through our website or mobile applications. Definitions

Buyer: Any individual, company, or entity making purchases on the BitcoreIT Platform.
Seller: An entity selling products on the BitcoreIT Platform, which may include BitcoreIT itself.
Return: The process of returning products according to this Policy.
Refund: Reimbursement of the paid amount for returned products, subject to relevant deductions.
Product: Any item available for purchase on the BitcoreIT Platform.
GTC: General Terms and Conditions applying to all BitcoreIT Platform users.
Fulfilled by BitcoreIT: Orders directly sold by BitcoreIT to Buyers.
Cancellation: The act of canceling all or part of an order by a Buyer from BitcoreIT EzzyByIt Platform.
Eligibility for Return and Refund
Unless specified otherwise or agreed upon in writing, the following circumstances are valid for returning a product or requesting a refund:

Faulty, defective, or damaged product or packaging
Product not matching its description or specifications
Product not meeting advertised standards or requirements
Shipping method or address not adhering to the agreement
Counterfeit or fake products
Undue delivery delay without prior notice or justifiable reason
Product out of stock or unavailable from BitcoreIT’s suppliers
Price changes during the fulfillment process without proper update

Return Shipping Fees
Within the UAE, BitcoreIT will handle collection and return without additional cost. For transactions outside the UAE, the Seller will manage collection and delivery, and shipping expenses will be incurred following applicable INCOTERMS. Note that BitcoreIT won’t cover expenses for documentation concerning product returns.

Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary based on product types. BitcoreIT begins processing orders upon confirmation, making cancellation or changes challenging in some cases.

Cancellation requires mutual written consent.
Buyers may cancel pending orders within 24 hours of confirmation.
Special conditions apply to Made-To-Order and large quantity orders.

If you wish to return your purchase, you have a 14-day window from the date of your purchase to do so. However, there are certain conditions that must be met for the return to be accepted:
1. The product must be returned in its original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
2. If the product has been used, the original box opened, or the original seal removed, we will not be able to process a refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. In the case of a manufacturing defect, all the original components, including the box, information booklet, and any accessories, must also be returned.

If your item meets these conditions and is eligible for a return, you can initiate the return request through your Ezzybyit user account’s Order History page. Our Ezzybyit returns team will then contact you within 24 hours to validate the claim. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item for return.

Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel an order, please notify us promptly via phone, email or WhatsApp. The sooner you inform us of your decision to cancel, the better.
If you can provide a reason for the cancellation, it will help us improve our services and make necessary improvements for future orders.

Payment refunds
Regarding payment refunds, once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved for return, refunds will be processed within 2-4 working days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that refunds to a credit/debit card may take up to 10 business days to appear, while refunds to a bank account typically take 1-5 business days to reach your bank account.
